CFS conducts free talks under the programme “Life Stage Conversations with Seniors” for organisations, community and the public.

Each talk is for a duration of 45mins to 60mins.

The objective of this programme is to promote productive longevity and encourage mature workers & seniors to adopt a life-course approach in ageing well and preparing for the third age. It comprises a series of short talks touching on a wide range of topics such as employment, retirement, health, family & community – geared towards helping persons aged 50 and above to prepare themselves for transition in their senior years.
