Course Overview

A highly experiential and practical programme that equips learners with the knowledge and skills to communicate and interact with people of different age groups. You will learn how to communicate with clarity, recognise emotional and behavioural differences in different age groups, interact and improve relationships with people around you, like your friends and family members. 

Course Objectives

This course aims to:

  • Equip seniors with an understanding of different behavioural differences across age groups
  • Learn to avoid stereotyping and generalizations that lead to communication breakdowns
  • Enhance interpersonal relationships by understanding and adapting to different communication styles
  • Foster better connections with friends, family members, and colleagues of various ages.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course, learners will be able to:

  • Recognize emotional and behavioural differences across age groups.
  • Communicate clearly and with confidence when interacting with people of different ages. 
  • Apply techniques to effectively bridge communication gaps between generations. 
  • Improve relationships with family, friends, and colleagues through enhanced understanding and empathy.
