LifeWork II: Adapting to New Workplace

Course Objectives

Participants will develop the competencies required to thrive in diverse and dynamic work environments by understanding and effectively engaging with individuals across different age groups and value systems. The course equips learners with creative problem-solving techniques, practical conflict resolution strategies, and interpersonal skills to build and sustain positive workplace relationships. Additionally, participants will strengthen their personal resilience, enabling them to adapt confidently to change and navigate challenges in new professional settings.
