CFS Muscle Health

Overview

Maintaining strong muscles is vital for everyday independence, steady balance, and staying active as we age. Starting as early as our 40s, our bodies naturally begin to lose muscle mass and strength—a condition known as sarcopenia. However, muscle loss is not inevitable! With the right nutrition, targeted exercise, and early monitoring, you can preserve and rebuild your muscle strength at any age.

Optimal Muscle Health: Prevent & Manage Age-Related Muscle Loss is a hands-on, practical session designed specifically for senior learners. Through interactive screening tools, personalized protein planning, and guided exercise practice, you will gain the knowledge and confidence to protect your muscles and maintain your vitality.
