This course equips job seekers and matured workers with practical knowledge and hands-on skills to navigate today’s AI-driven hiring landscape with confidence. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how Artificial Intelligence (AI) has evolved and how it is now widely used in recruitment, resume screening, and candidate selection processes.

Through guided learning and practical examples, participants will discover how AI tools can support resume and cover letter writing, improve job application quality, and assist in preparing for interviews through mock interview practice and feedback. The course also explores how employers use AI and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to assess resumes, identify relevant skills, and shortlist candidates.

Participants will learn the purpose and structure of effective resumes and cover letters, understand what employers are looking for in potential candidates, and review sample resumes that demonstrate good practices. In addition, the course covers the purpose and stages of job interviews, common pitfalls faced by matured workers, and strategies to present themselves confidently and professionally.

Special attention will also be given to online interviews, including preparation techniques, communication tips, and best practices before, during, and after interviews.
