Course Objectives

Understand what are the intellectual and emotional changes affecting seniors. Identify the    impact of change and adopt appropriate response techniques. Apply effective                        communication strategies to counsel, mentor and build positive relationships with people you work with or important to you. 

  • Learn to deal with rejections and reframe the mind to work on positive emotions.  
  • Learn about resources available that can help seniors in their work and life transition to be future ready.
