Some local retirees are reluctant to live a leisurely retirement, choose to start their own business, living a more fulfilling life in their old age. What challenges do they face in the course of their business? How do they overcome? What should they pay attention when starting a business?

CFS Lifework Programme
Work Life Transition (WLT) is part of the Employment Guidance & Advisory Services (EGAS) framework developed by the Centre For Seniors in 2016. The objective is to enable and empower mature workers and seniors to engage in more proactive planning and management of their work-life transition, especially at critical age junctions of 55 years (CPF retirement account), 62 years (re-employment) and 65 years (retirement age/CPF pay outs).
